About eTorture, electronic torture, is about exposing the crimes committed in modern countries on members of their societies. No one, to our knowledge, including human rights organizations, does anything to document the reality of psychological torture and even less claims of the advanced technologies that are claimed to be used on members of these modern societies. Human rights organizations usually document only physically torture that is visible and usually happens in countries that are not their own. If you ask organizations, governmental, human rights, or law enforcement, that are suppose to be protecting their citizens in these modern countries if they are concerned about technologies such as nanotechnologies that could be used to target the human body or brain, they don't usually respond at all or seem to have no knowledge of these technologies. The information about psychological torture, psychological harassment, mobbing, bullying, psychological abuse seems to have been kept hidden or secret from our society for decades. A tool set, psychological manipulations, or tactics used to target people. An invisible technology that leaves no psychical traces. These crimes have been covered up by medical institutions that should have been a safe guard to expose and document how these people had been targeted and manipulated. Instead these people were usually told that they had false beliefs, personal issues, or that it was all in their heads. Classical conditioning was discovered and documented over a hundred years ago by Ivan Pavlov. He hinted that it could explain how some people could associate threats to different things. This is exactly how it is being used today to target people. Classical conditioning, discovered over a hundred years ago, should be common knowledge and people should know how it can simply be used and applied. Instead some scientific journals published by the medical community seem to be re-discovering it a hundred years later. These organizations have not been providing the information to our society because of it's power and invisibility and have betrayed our society. They have not provide the information that would help us take measures to protect ourselves and have actually done the opposite. We don't know how many of the people targeted have committed suicide. We don't know how many of the people targeted have killed others as a result of believing that there was a threat to themselves or their families or simply driven to a murderous state of hate and revenge. Today the issue is even greater. They ignore, dismiss, and cover up claims of advanced technologies being used that could literally enslave us all. "Enslave us all" sounds unbelievable but it is not science fiction. Ask a scientist about nanotechnologies and it's present possibilities. People with power seem to always try to make themselves king. Unfortunately our societies seem to always catch on when it's too late.
