Welcome to eTorture! Many people believe that they are targeted by advanced technologies, psychological manipulation, and psychological torture. Many of the people that claim to be part of what they call the “targeted community” are intelligent. They realize that their claims are unbelievable and that they will not be believed, dismissed, ignored, and possibly laughed at. And yet, they still try to warn us and let us know what they believe, that these technologies exist and are being used on civilians. The “voices” that they claim to hear are not simply random or “mean”. The “voices” are using the same tool set or tactics that are described on psychological harassment and mobbing websites. Using classical conditioning (Ivan Pavlov) and psychological manipulation to associate different threats to different things. Using catch 22’s and sensitive information. Using degrading themes. Repetitive humiliation and attacks to the persons honor. Try to alter or modify the person’s view on reality. Constant interrogation and repetition of words. Sleep deprivation. Induce stress, and all its effects such as muscle and joint pain. The advanced technologies they describe Voices in the head. Different physical effects such as pain, sexual stimulation, and orgasms. The scenario they believe in is a simple one. They are targeted by advanced technologies and end up in a medical institution. What they describe mimics a well documented psychological disorder, schizophrenia, and they are diagnosed as mentally ill. They also know that people can make the very possible argument or conclusion that this is all a fabrication of the persons mind and, of course, the organization(s) who would be using these technologies and tactics would count on people making this argument or conclusion. Many are unable to hold a job and live in poverty or worse. In a conventional war, eliminating your enemy’s resources, in this case a source of income, is also an objective. If you don’t understand why powerful organizations would be or are very interested in technology that could or can affect the human body such as the muscles, for example, you should know that the heart is a muscle. In other words you could wipe out an entire army without using any conventional weapons used today. It sounds like a science fiction movie but there is a real race in the science of nanotechnology and wireless technology. There are also many reasons why a society would not be informed of the existence of or the development of these technologies.
